Event Cancellation Policy

the basics are covered below:

  • Bookings within 14 days of the event: Purchasers have a 24-hour grace period for a full refund after booking to cancel via email or phone if unavailable. After 24 hours, the booking is confirmed.
  • Cancelling more than 24 hours after booking within 14 days of the event is treated as a standard cancellation (see below).
  • Cancellation Procedure: purchaser must inform both the client (if applicable) and Feral Fixes as soon as possible of any cancellations. Early notification helps prevent negative outcomes.
  • Cancellation greater than 14 days prior: The booking fee is refunded 50% to the payer, and the client cannot leave feedback. No further action will be taken by Feral Fixes.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior: Feral Fixes reserves the right to issue a ‘No Show’ penalty. This includes forfeiting the purchaser’s booking fee (if paid on behalf of the client) and remaining eligible for client feedback. The member may also receive a Warning, Strike, or termination of future booking eligibility.
